How the Inspection Process Works

| 1. Inspection plan defined | At order confirmation, CipherFab's quality team defines the inspection plan — identifying critical features, tolerance callouts, and required documentation based on the drawing and programme requirements. |
| 2. Component manufacturing | Components manufactured to drawing specification through CipherFab's vetted supplier network. |
| 3. In-process inspection | Key dimensions verified at critical process stages — bore diameters after rough machining, flatness after heat treatment, weld penetration before cap pass. |
| 4. Final inspection | Standard dimensional inspection completed against all drawing callouts; CMM, laser scan, or NDT performed where specified. |
| 5. Documentation compiled | CoC, material certifications, dimensional report, and any advanced inspection reports compiled into the quality package for the order. |
| 6. Release for shipment | Components released for shipment only after all inspection and documentation requirements are met. |
| 7. Customer delivery | Quality package uploaded to the customer order dashboard — accessible at any time. |
